Pianist
Korean-Spanish pianist Hana Lee, is an experienced coach for singers and instrumentalists. She has also been a principle teacher at the Conservatorio “Giuseppe Verdi” di Milano, Musik-Akademie Basel, UdK Berlin, Berlin Opera Academy and HMT Rostock. She is the main pianist and coach at the Opera de Tenerife (Spain), and she collaborates regularly with the Rossini Opera Festival (Pesaro, Italy) and is frequently invited for other world-renowned fesitivals such as the Macerata Opera Festival (Italy) and the Donizetti Opera Festival (Bergamo, Italy).
Hana has presented herself as a soloist and chamber musician in various concert halls within the programs of several notable festivals. Namely, the Rossini Opera Festival, Macerata Opera Festival, Festival de Trombone d‘Alsace, Hungarian Trombone Boot Camp, Temple Neuf (Strasbourg, France), Fête de la Musique (Genève, Switzerland). She has also appeared at the Donaueschingen Musiktage, Beethoven-Woche (Bonn), World Saxophone Congress (Edinburgh), Palau de les Arts „Reina Sofía“ de Valencia, Palau de la Música de Valencia, Fundación Eutherpe León, Museo de Bellas Artes San Pío V de Valencia, Internationale Posaunenvereinigung Symposium, Deutscher Bundestag (Berlin), Piano City Milano, Teatro Filodrammatici di Milano, Villa Gianetti (Varese), Galleria d‘Arte Moderna di Milano, Opera di Roma, Wiener Konzerthaus, etc.
Beginning her music studies at the age of 3, Hana studied both piano and violin at Conservatorio Superior de Música de de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain). She got her Bachelor with CUM LAUDE (Honors and Excellence Award) as Piano Soloist at Conservatorio Superior de Música „Joaquín Rodrigo“ de Valencia (Spain) under the tutelage of Mario Monreal. Hana then went on to complete her Masters in Solo Performance and Music Pedagogy at the University of Valencia with Carlos Apellániz. Alongside her solo pursuits, she is also specialized in Chef du Chant (Centre de Perfeccionament Plácido Domingo de Palau de les Arts de Valencia), guided by the great Maestro Alberto Zedda, as well as in Piano Duo with Stenzl Klavierduo (HMT Rostock).
